 Chuck Tomasi is a Sr. Technical Consultant for ServiceNow the industry's leading SaaS ITSM software company. He has spent the past 18 months assisting fortune 100 companies implement CMDBs and change management processes for thousands of global IT workers. Previously, Chuck spanned four decades with Plexus in various IT roles concluding as the Global IT Service Desk Manager where he won ServiceNow's first Innovation of the Year Award in 2010. Chuck has been a Titletown HDI chapter officer for the past three and a half years serving as the VP of Communications and current President. He has spoken at numerous industry conferences including HDI National, ServiceNow Knowledge, AITP Regional, and numerous times at our local chapter.
